He brings over 10 years of industry experience working with Design services practices all over the world from Sydney, Newcastle, London & Spain. This wide range of exposure to projects varying in scale has given Troy a solid knowledge base to inform design from initial concepts through to detailing and overseeing construction.

Nathan, a 3rd-generation builder with over 15 years of experience across diverse sectors, joined INTERLOCK. in 2021. As a director, he plays a key role in ensuring seamless project delivery, prioritizing client satisfaction and quality. Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Nathan drives continuous improvement across the team.
